Shipping and Returns
We will happily accept returns for store credit only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise delivery. We don't currently accept returns on international orders. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Final Sale/ Markdown items
- Body Suits
- Bra / Bralettes
To start a return, please click here. Once return request is submitted and approved you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your return. Returned items that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Upon approval of your return request, you will be provided with a pre-paid label. If that item is not received by our warehouse within 30 days of that approval, your return will be rejected.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders are considered "shipped" after the pre-order period has expired. Pre-orders are not eligible for order cancellation after this period because the order has already been sent to the manufacture facility for production. If a customer wishes to return a pre-ordered item, they can do so after they receive the item.
If a customer orders multiple items with a pre-ordered item, all the items will ship together when the pre-ordered item arrives.
SPECIALTY DISCOUNT CODES / FINAL SALE (CLEARANCE ITEMS): Items purchased with specialty discount codes or are marked down with 25% off or higher are not eligible for return. These items are on clearance and are considered final sale.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
LOST PACKAGES: All packages shipped on or after November 18th, 2021 are fully insured. Lost, damaged or stolen packages are covered. If you have issues with delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start a claim.
EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing email@example.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.
We process and ship orders placed Monday- Friday before 2pm CT typically within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Holiday orders are processed as quickly as possible and may take up to 5 days to ship from our facility.
Our TB Graphic Tee and Sweatshirt designs typically launch on Tuesday, a few times a month. On launch day a limited amount will be ready to ship same day. Remaining orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Our TB Graphics are printed in-house using direct to garment printing! This is the highest quality printing on the market that will not crack or fade after wash or wear. Your tee/sweatshirt will be preshrunk and printed on the softest high quality fabric.
